Quick update on Sonic Forces

Well, it's been confirmed that Knuckles, Amy, and Team Chaotix will be in the game. That's good. Does that mean that we'll be able to play as them for once?

A buzzer sound is heard, a sign is shown saying "SONIC IS THE ONLY PLAYABLE CHARACTER AGAIN"

Really? Fucking really? I had my hopes up for this game, and you give me a kick in the balls by saying Sonic is the only playable character a-fucking-gain!? How many fucking games are you going to make which has Sonic's friends act as just NPCs?! I'm sick of playing only as Sonic over and over and over again! Now don't get me wrong, guys, I still like him. I still like all the different characters and stuff, for better or for worse, whatever comes first, I'm fine with it. I just hate it when Sonic is the only one playable nowadays! What the fuck is wrong with you, Sega?! Why can't you make games that has Sonic's friends playable other than just Sonic himself?! Don't they mean anything to you anymore?!

Yes, I am, Danny. I'm absolutely pissed that Sonic is the only playable character again in the latest Sonic game Sonic Forces.

Oh boy. Are they running out of ideas for the other characters other than Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Dr. Eggman?

I can't believe you're ranting about Sega not making Sonic's friends playable again.

Again, don't get me wrong. I still like Sega. I still like Sonic. But not making Sonic's friends playable is really becoming a pet peeve of mine. But playing as Tails or Knuckles rather than Sonic, that's okay. At least those 3 will be playable in Sonic Mania.

And let me guess. You're still aware of the Sonic fanbase still complaining about the Sonic series having too many characters?

*Annoyed sigh* Yes, Danny. I know already. This just doesn't make any fucking sense. If people are alright with other game series having a wide variety of characters, why do people complain about the Sonic series having that many characters?

To all my watchers who may be reading this, I know this may seem like a minor complaint, but just having Sonic as the only playable character over and over again each game is really pissing me off to the bone. I don't think they realize that Sonic's friends can play their own important roles in a story. They should make them playable. But instead, they went all like "Let's make Sonic the only playable one again and the rest just NPCs." FUCKING BULLSHIT! You're pissing me off if you keep on doing this! Next time you announce another Sonic game, MAKE SONIC'S FRIENDS PLAYABLE FOR FUCK SAKE!!!

I'm sorry, but I just can't seem to get this off of my mind. If they're not going to make Sonic's friends playable at this point, then I've lost all hope for the next few games in the future.

*Calms everyone down* Okay okay. That was going too far. But still, my point stands! And don't worry. That does not mean I will give up all hope for the Sonic series overall. As you already know, Sonic will always remain my childhood idol no matter what.

Anyway, I apologize for getting into a hissy fit after hearing that Sonic's the only playable character again, but I just needed to get this rant out of the way. Please, Sega. I beg of you. PLEASE make Sonic's friends playable the next time you announce a new Sonic game in the future. Instead of just making Sonic the only playable one. I mean yes, the games in this series all have the word "Sonic" in them, but that does not mean Sonic has to take the spotlight ALL THE TIME. I'm sick of it. *Sigh*
